Diplomats in Bahrain will be offered free check-ups at a series of medical camps being held by Aster Clinic, Gudaibiya. The first in the series was hosted for Yemeni Embassy officials un-der the patronage of Yemeni Am-bassador Ali Hassan Al Ahmadi, which was attended by more than 50 people. Present were Deputy Ambassador Hassan Masoud Qahtan and ambassador’s office director Warda Hadi.
“The embassy officials are busy with their commitments and often find no time to get a medical check-up done,” according to the clinic unit-in-charge. “We thought this would be a great gesture to honour them and we will be hosting Bangladesh Indian, Saudi Arabian and Iraq: embassy officials in the comit4 months.” The check-ups will include audiometric tests, basic vitals and random blood sugar.
